Trainingsfreies Wochenende vor Weihnachten / Cheating weekend before christmas

Sodala, bei Alpinfitness gibt es zu Weihnachten kein maßloses Essen und Trinken, dafür geht es aber morgen zum Weihnachtsmarkt damit man danach wieder weiß warum man generell auf diverse Genussmittel verzichtet ;-)
Am Montag geht es in gewohnter Manier zum Schwimmen!!
So, in Alpinfitness we have no orgies of eating and alcohol in Christmas time.
Therefore this Weekend we go to the Christmas market, afterwards we will know why we generally renounce various stimulants like sugar and alcohol ;-)
On Monday it goes as usual for swim!!
