TRAINING / WORKOUT 17.11.2015

Heute gab es ein intensives Brust-Training inklusive Armstrecker und vorderer Schulter.
Danach noch gemütliche 60 Minuten auf dem Crosstrainer ;-)
Today we did an intensive chest - Training including triceps and front shoulder.
And after that we did 60 minutes on the elliptical machine ;-)
