Ich bin Bewegungs- und Sporttherapeut aus Leidenschaft, deshalb bin ich als Trainer & Guide nur noch sehr selten aktiv! Gerne helfe ich dir aber weiter wenn du Fragen zum Training oder diversen Touren hast.

Meine Freizeit verbringe ich in den Bergen, am Klavier und beim Filme machen. Meine Videos findest du auf meinem YouTube-Kanal, dort kannst du mich bei meinen Abenteuern begleiten.
